Major League Baseball Will Test For Hgh In The Minor Leagues

Major league baseball will finally test for HGH. This is a huge step for Major League baseball. Major League Baseball will do blood tests for HGH in the minor leagues. Why the minor leagues? The baseball players will be randomly tested. The playerswill be chosen randomly, they will give their blood, and Major League baseball will check their blood for HGH.

Will the HGH testing happen in the Major Leagues? No it will not happen right now. Major League baseball will use minor league baseball players as guinea pigs. However, if you are under contract, you cannot be tested. If the tests work-which is a big if? HGH testing is hard because scientists are working on both sides. As scientist try to develop reliable HGH testing, other scientists develop other types of HGH that cannot be found by tests.

"Baseball officials said the importance of Thursday's announcement was to put "a system in place," with the goal being to implement more effective testing as it develops. Currently, there is no certified urine test to effectively detect HGH." (LATimes.com).

Where this HGH testing will lead nobody knows for sure. Baseball has finally put their cleats down on the playing field. Major League baseball players will not be tested because they are being protected by their union. The baseball players union does not believe the HGH test is reliable. Many people agree with this. However, if the tests work in the Minors, this will give Major League baseball something to bring to the next bargaining agreement.

Does this mean steroids and HGH will be removed from baseball? Probably not, but it is a start. This is the first step to pointing the finger back at the players who cheat. It is about time somebody took a step towards cleaning up the game. Keep your eyes and ears open for more news about Major League baseball and their testing for HGH in minor league players.

In other related news. A-Rod hit another A-bomb. This was number 599 for Alex Rodriguez. The steroids infested player is one homerun awayfrom number 600. This would have been huge news before we found out A-Rod was a cheater. It is time to remove all cheating from baseball and other sports. Hopefully, Major League baseball will be successful in their testing for HGH in minor league players.
